Administer orally once daily in the morning upon wakening.If a dose is missed, patients should take the next dose the following day in the morning upon wakening.

The medication should be prescribed by a physician with experience in the treatment of sleep disorders.

Recommended Dosage in Adult Patients

The recommended dose range is 9 mg  to 36 mg.

The medication adopts a upward titration scheme, and titrate dosage is as follows:

Week 1: Initiate with a dosage of 9 mg (two 4.5 mg tablets) once daily

Week 2: Increase dosage to 18mg (one 18 mg tablet) or decrease to 4.5mg(one 4.5 mg tablet) once daily

Week 3: May increase to the maximum recommended dosage of 36 mg (two 18 mg tablets) once daily

Based on doctor’s assessment and patient tolerability, dose can be decreased( minimum dosage of 4.5 mg daily) or increased ( maximum dosage of 36 mg daily) at any time.

Recommended Dosage in Pediatric Patients 6 Years and Older

The recommended dose range is 4.5 mg to 36 mg (for patients weighing ≥40 kg) or 4.5 mg to 18mg ((for patients weighing ＜40 kg)

Week 1: Initiate with a dosage of 4.5 mg (one 4.5 mg tablet) once daily

Week 2: Increase dosage to 9 mg (two 4.5 mg tablets)

Week 3: Increase dosage to 18 mg (one 18 mg tablet)

Week 4:  For patients weighing ≥40 kg, may increase to the maximum recommended dosage of 36 mg (two 18 mg tablets) once daily

Based on doctor’s assessment and patient tolerability, dose can be decreased( minimum dosage of 4.5 mg daily) or increased (maximum dosage of 36mg daily for patients weighing ≥40 kg,   maximum dosage of 18 mg daily for patients weighing ＜40kg) at any time.
